As a former SVP at Yahoo! and seasoned tech executive, Dean spent his career helping companies scale their businesses for greater impact. He mentored and coached others for years. His dream was to create a scalable improvement platform that enabled anyone, anywhere achieve their goals.

Clay and Dean met on a tennis court in 2018 and immediately their respective passions fueled one another. They both shared a strong desire to solve the problem of improvement and came at it from different perspectives. Ultimately, those two perspectives became the core mission of MprooV.
